I did this circuit one night. Just 2 sets. Ow. My inner thighs were sore! Definitely unexpected but delightful results! It looked so easy at first.
Make it sweaty: Double the reps. Make it harder: Do 3-4 sets. Make it easier: Cut the reps in half and do only 2 sets.
