It may not be a secret, but if you’ve been scanning those Victoria Secret workouts and come across something like this, then there are two things you realize: 1. If you didn’t scan the sequence of movements before you worked out, you may be lost as to what to do next at certain points in the circuit. And 2. Dear God, pick a low weight. I did this workout set twice with an 8lb hand weight. Let’s just say I felt very sore the next day. Go with 5lbs or 3lbs and then work your way up.
