Here are those pesky workouts that screw with my organization and beg to have their own page. So, I’ll give it to them. Here are images of workouts to use at home or at the gym on your phone and attack different sections of the body at once.

Make it sweaty: Double the times and reps. Make it harder: Do 4 sets. Make it easier: Cut the reps in half and do 2 sets.
