Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips!

Although not a quick recipe, it is easy.

1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar and 1 apple.

Preheat oven to 225°. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper. Take a mandoline slicer and slice up the apple from bottom to top–there should be pieces that have the star showing! Then Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl. Coat apple slices in mixture and set on parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour. Pull out of oven and flip slices. Bake for 20-25 more minutes. Remove from oven (turn off oven) and let cool. Slices should be somewhat crisp and will harden.
