As it’s the first week of school, I am uber-excited! I love school and seeing new people and familiar faces and the smell of new books and I can hardly contain my jitters. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten that with new people and returning people you have new and returning germs.
I’m feeling myself get wound down and tired and the sniffly nose and the dry throat. Crap.
So, to combat this, LOTS OF WATER, zinc, calcium, B12, some ginkgo, and iron vitamins. And soup. Lots of soup.
