29 Day Countdown

I have 29 days until August 10th, when school starts again and I have little to zero time.

Goals:

  • Bench 120lbs
  • Squat 125lbs
  • Leg Press 225lbs
  • 4 Pull ups
  • 20 Tricep dips
  • No help forearm stand
  • Goal Weight: 125lbs
  • Run 4.5 miles

I’ve been working out all summer and have made strides. I want to finish out before school starts.
